No Return / Final Sale Policy

Because each item is handmade with care and may be made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
Before You Order
Please carefully review the item description, measurements, sizing information, colors, materials, and photos before placing your order. If you have questions about sizing, customization, or an item’s details, please contact us before purchasing and we’ll be happy to help.
Handmade Items
Due to the handmade nature of our clothing, slight variations in color, texture, stitching, measurements, or appearance may occur. These natural variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 of delivery at ccthreadscollc@gmail.com

Photos of the item and the issue
A brief description of the problem
If we determine that the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly made/shipped due to an error on our part, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Incorrect Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Please review our size chart and measurements carefully before ordering. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing unless otherwise required by applicable law.
For custom or made-to-measure garments, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started. Once an item has entered production, cancellations may no longer be possible.
